2018 Holiday Bazaar Registration

Palomino Park Resort is a massive apartment and condo property with over 1700 units. It is a gated community with beautiful grounds, friendly neighbors and a fabulously decorated club room where we will host the Holiday Bazaar.

We are creating festive shopping events specifically for residents of Palomino Park Resort.   Each event will be small - with between 12-14 vendors per date.   Booth space is small so keep this in mind.   We will have a meeting in the next couple of weeks to show the venue and space assignment so you can be prepared for an easy set up.
Vendors are approved based on what we foresee as the best and most sellable product lines.  With such a large community, we anticipate this to be a successful selling event for our vendors. We do not accept every vendor that applies.

For the vendors, we will provide food, drink, free photos and a free listing in our upcoming promo magazine called FLAUNT Directory.  We are promoting this event heavily within our community via the newsletter, online community groups and posters.

Because of the size restrictions, please limit your booth to 2 adults only.

All participating vendors will be given booth priority for 2019 events.

With each purchase, buyers will be given a ticket for a Giveaway Package.  Let us know if you wish to contribute an item to the package.

Vendor participation fee is $80 per event.  Payment will be due upon acceptance. If payment is not made within 24 hours, we move to the next person on the wait list.  We look forward to meeting everyone! NO refunds are given, but you may transfer your spot to another approved vendor.

Vendors provide own table/chair within a 4' x 6' space.  Additional space or specialized set up may be available upon request.
